What does LiveProof actually certify?
LiveProof certifies photo honesty — that your listing photo was not digitally filtered, that lighting does not significantly alter the item's true appearance, and that the same item appears in both your listing and live reference photos. It does not certify item authenticity or condition.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
You can purchase extra certifications at €1 each, which are added to your account and used automatically when your monthly limit is reached.
Do unused certifications roll over?
No — monthly certifications reset on the 1st of each month. Only extra certifications purchased separately carry over.
Which selling platforms is LiveProof compatible with?
Any platform where you can upload photos — eBay, Catawiki, Etsy, Vinted, your own website, and more. The certified photo and QR code work everywhere.
